Local Government Transparency Code 2015
The Transparency Code has been issued by Central Government to increase democratic accountability and to make it easier for local people to contribute to the local decision making process and help shape public services.
Transparency is the foundation of local accounability and as such it aims to give members of the public greater confidence in public bodies that represent them and their communities.
The Parish Council is required to make a number of disclosures which are contained below:
Annual Governance & Accountability Return 2019/20
Budget Plan 2020/21
At its meeting held on 7th February 2020 the Council approved its Budget Plan for financial year 2020/21 which runs from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021.
Budget Plan 2019/20
At its meeting held on 4th March 2019 the Council approved its Budget Plan for financial year 2019/20 which runs from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020.
Government Procurement Card Transactions
The Parish Council has not made any Government Procurement Card transactions.
Local Authority Assets (Including Land and Buildings)
The Parish Council is required to publish deatils of all land and building assets.
Grants to Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Organisations
Please see the payments schedules under the Budget Plan for 2020/21 and 2019/20 above which shows all payments and the corresponding payment value to all those organisations that fall within the remit of the disclosure.

The total number of staff who are union representatives is 0

The Council is managed by the Clerk to the Council who is employed on a full time basis (37 hours a week) and is supported by the Deputy Clerk who is employed for 22 hours a week and the Community Centre Manager who is employed for 37 hours a week)
Senior Salaries
The number of employees whose remuneration in 2019/20 was £50,000 or greater is 0.
Parking Spaces
The number of marked out or controlled on and off street parking spaces owned and or managed by the Parish Council is 23.
The Parish Council does not implement any parking charges at its car park and as such there is zero income generated from Penalty Charge Notices.
